Plant Guarantee
If you do the planting:
Your nursery stock plant purchases from Oak Creek Nursery are guaranteed for 90 days. If the planting does not survive, a store credit will be issued for 50% of the original purchase price. The receipt/plant is required for credit. It is recommended soil amendment, such as Cotton bur compost and/or root stimulator be purchased with plants to help them thrive.
Exclusions: seasonal plants such as annuals and hanging baskets, Sod, Roses, Grasses, Crape Myrtles, Dogwoods, Butterfly Bushes, Sky Pencil Holly and Fruit Trees due to outside zone requirements.
Oak Creek Nursery is not responsible for any plant problems due to improper siting, planting or neglect, inclement weather or damage incurred after the plant has left our care (insects, dogs, lawn mowers, etc.).
If we do the planting:
If Oak Creek Nursery does the planting, it will be guaranteed for 90 days at 100%. If the planting does not survive, it will be replaced one time with the same species upon availability or with a comparable new replacement plant at no cost to you. You must contact Oak Creek for replacement approval. Plant must be left in original planting location upon inspection.
Refund Policy
If a plant is defective, return the plant with your original sales receipt. All returns are subject to approval by the department manager and need to be accompanied by the sales receipt.
Check/Credit Card/Cash Sales with receipt will receive in store credit
No Receipt. All returns are subject to manager’s approval. Store credit will be issued at last sale price
Credit Card Sales with receipt will be credited back to the card.
Cash Sales with receipt will receive gift certificate, refunds over $50.00 will be issued with a check within 5-7 business days
